FAQ

To login to your app, please visit the 'Settings' section after logging into Juniper and scan the QR code located at the bottom of the page.

To access walkthroughs in the app, first add, configure and activate a walkthrough in the web app. Once activated please refresh the data in the app and the walkthrough will appear.

Once the walkthroughs is completed in the mobile app, please tap the sync button at the bottom of the page when connected to a strong and stable internet connection.

Once you click the sync button in the mobile app, the completed walkthrough and associated data will be available in the web app.
